The CG Cleaning machine that toppled last week - outriggers have not been extended.

The machine - a 1997, 20 metre Wumag on a 7.5 tonne chassis - was scheduled to clean windows. Colin Gregory, a director of CG Cleaning said that the incident is still being investigated and was not able to give further detaiils. He thought that the most likely cause was a fault with the machine's safety circuits. However, it can clearly be seen that the machine's outriggers have not been extended.
