Truss fatality
A man died on Monday after he was knocked out of a scissor lift while working on the construction of a new indoor horse training /exercise arena in Shelby County, west of Louisville, Kentucky.
According to the local coroner, a stiff breeze dislodged several large roof trusses that a team of people were in the process of securing. Six or more men were working from two scissor lifts and possibly standing on the trusses when it all came down.

Most, if not all of them, came down with the trusses, one of them, Noel Molina Mazariegos, 35, was caught under the falling beams and died at the scene. Two others were airlifted or transported to hospital, where we understand they are stable.
