JCB Deutschland has launched JCB Machine Store, a new online platform aiming to expand its digital sales channels, as well as support enquiries and customers through its dealer network.
The platform allows users to search for specific models or product categories. JCB says it plans to add an application-based search function later, in order to help customers select equipment for particular jobs.

JCB Deutschland managing director Matthias Szupories said: “With this platform we are creating a modern point of contact for interested parties and making access to our machine range easier. At the same time, we are strengthening the connection between digital information services and personal advice from our dealers.”
JCB says the platform links its online machine listings to enquiries handled by the relevant dealer, with an initial focus on new machines, with plans to expand it going forward.
