40t Franna for CityLift

Australian rental company CityLift Cranes has taken delivery of a 40 tonne Franna AT40-2 pick & carry crane, the company’s first unit of this model, which is the largest pick & carry unit in the Franna range.

The three axle AT40-2 features a four section 19.8 metre main boom, with a maximum tip height of 20 metres. It can handle its maximum capacity at a 1.1 metre radius, and a height of six metres. The capacity on full boom is 3,000kg, which it can also handle at its maximum 15.8 metre radius, with the boom horizontal.

Franna service manager Andrew Howe, said: “This marks the company's first AT40-2, and it’s set to make a big impact on projects across Melbourne."

Based in Altona, Melbourne, CityLift is owned and managed by Sam Clark and operates throughout the state of Victoria. Its fleet includes All Terrains and Franna pick & carry cranes.
