Haulotte and Faresin Joint Venture
Pinguely-Haulotte and Faresin have established a joint subsidiary, Faresin-Haulotte Spa. The venture will be based in Thiene, Italy, and will develop, produce, and market telescopic handlers.
Operations will commence in a few weeks. Faresin holds a 60 percent stake in the new venture, while Pinguely-Haulotte owns 40 percent.
The goal is to achieve a 10 percent market share within five years. At Apex, Pinguely-Haulotte surprised industry professionals with its first telescopic handler in the company's corporate colours.
The machine is a fixed frame telescopic handler with two variants so far, the TL 14-35, with a 14 metre lift height and a 3,500kg lifting capacity, and the TL 17-30, with a 17 metre lift height and a 3,000kg capacity.
