Saudi based IPAF trainer Dayim Training Hub, part of Dayim Equipment Rental has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Gulf University in Bahrain, covering operator training, student placements and joint research.
Under the agreement, the two organisations will run training and professional development programmes, provide students with field training, practical learning and work together on research and sustainability projects. They will also organise workshops, seminars and community engagement activities.
The agreement is signed - Imtiyaz Abedi of Dayim Equipment Rental (L) with Mohanad Alfiras, the President of Gulf University in Bahrain Dayim said: "We believe that meaningful partnerships between industry and academia are essential to preparing the next generation of skilled professionals and supporting sustainable development across the region. This agreement with Gulf University is a significant step in that direction, and we look forward to the impactful outcomes we will achieve together."
Dayim Equipment Rental was founded in 2010 and operates in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the UAE. Its Dayim Training Hub, based in Al Khobar in eastern Saudi Arabia, delivers theory and practical operator training on powered access and material handling equipment. The group employs around 250 people and runs a combined fleet of around 12,000 units across the rental division and Dayim Trucks, its truck rental and leasing division, set up in 2015.
