Yet another outrigger issue

A Rough Terrain crane tipped over onto an industrial building in Denver yesterday, damaging power lines in the process. Fortunately the crane operator had the sense to stay in his cab until the power was switched off.

Guess what caused this crane to tip

Thankfully no one was injured if the operator had as much knowledge about setting his outriggers up as he clearly does about power lines the accident would never have happened in the first place.
