Terex-Demag formally merge in UK

The merging of Terex Cranes and Demag mobile Cranes has been formally completed, the combined business will be known as Terex-Demag Ltd.

The two companies merged operationally in the UK over a year ago following the acquisition of Demag by Terex in August 2002.

The merger of the two UK entities was formalised on January 1 2004, when Terex Cranes UK Ltd and Demag Mobile Cranes Ltd became the single corporate entity Terex Demag Ltd.
