TNT takes Americrane

Houston based TNT Crane & Rigging has purchased the assets of Americrane, the Cleburne/Dallas-Fort Worth, based crane and rigging company. Americrane’s owner, Kenny Emigh, will remain with TNT following the purchase. Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

This strategic acquisition provided a compelling opportunity to expand geographically and acquire a modern fleet of cranes with an experienced team of operators. Americrane’s strengths in the oilfield service markets of the Barnett Shale and commercial markets of Dallas/Ft. Worth are of particular strategic interest to TNT.
