Death Wish 53

This Death Wish comes from the Oyster Harbour Marina in Osterville, on Cape Cod Massachusetts. While one man is using a Genie Z60/34 to reach over the water to gain access to a building and another is using a scissor lift, others are using a variety of non powered access methods.

A closer look highlights some of the less than perfect access

A scaffold set up on the roof looks positively lethal with its planks in lieu of platforms, one of which has a massive cantilever and its precarious looking footing on the pitched roof.

The less than perfect scaffold

Closer to the boom lift is an unusual looking device consisting of two vertical poles tied in to the building with a single narrow staging spanning the two. Unless we are missing something there appears to be no guard-railing or fall restraint devices employed.
