Treffco hearing and decision tomorrow

The future of Treffco one of Denmark’s largest aerial lift rental companies will be decided on Wednesday morning. Will it become part of the Growing Rami group? or will another company pip Rami at the post?

Treffco, one of Denmark’s largest aerial lift rental companies, with over 500 units, plus around 60 Telehandlers, will be in court on Wednesday to hear the outcome of the effort to sell the business as a going concern after almost a year in administration.

The company, which is highly indebted, has been the subject of intense takeover negotiations with companies such as Rami and Cramo thought to be among the suitors looking to take over the national operator.

Rami Rent of Finland are hotly tipped as favourites to win Treffco, adding it to their Altima acquisition, creating Denmark’s largest aerial rental company by far with a combined fleet of over 800 units.
