Beware

We have received reports of a serious ‘con man’ working in the UK and targeting telehandler and other equipment rental companies. The man goes by the names of Peter Giblin or Peter Small. He may also give one of the following trading names:

CBC Ltd
GCPH Contractors
In Ex-Creative Ltd
Link IB Developments

He has been using addresses in Coventry, Nuneaton and Stoke on Trent and has been opening accounts and renting equipment in several regions of the UK..

Creative Building Contractors Ltd is registered at 23 Bretts Hall Estate, Ansloy Common, Nuneaton, Lee Rile is listed as director while Michael Wallace and Mark Dickenson of Stone, Staffordshire, are listed as shareholders Amanda Kirwan is also listed as company secretary of at least two of the companies.
