Platinum award for ThyssenKrupp Safway

ThyssenKrupp Safway based in Waukesha, Wisconsin is the first recipient of the Haulotte Group/Biljax Platinum Customer Award.

Presenting Marc Wilson, President and CEO of ThyssenKrupp Safway with the award was Alexandre Saubot, President and Chief Operating Officer for Haulotte Group and Ott.

As a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp AG, ThyssenKrupp Safway is one of the largest scaffolding service companies in the world. Covering several major markets including commercial, petrochemical, power, bridge and special events, ThyssenKrupp Safway has grown to more than 85 company-owned branch locations aided by 4,000 employees throughout North America.

The Platinum award is part of a new program to recognise and thereby better serve elite customers. “There are currently four levels being developed and each will come with certain perks and privileges,” says Ott. “The goal is to make certain that our key customers are getting the level of service and support needed while also being highly responsive to their strategic goals as applicable."

With Haulotte's acquisition of BilJax - the largest scaffolding manufacturer in the United States - the product line has expanded to include frame, system, and utility scaffolds, trailer mounted boom lifts, vertical and material lifts, contractor equipment and event staging and seating.
