Roof washing
Sent in by a reader in Milton Keynes, UK, this Death Wish number 72 shows his neighbours house having its roof pressure washed. Where as the last roof washer we noted was tied off with an excessively long rope, this one appears to have no such precaution, useless as it was.

Its time to wash the roof and hope that wet shoes on wet tiles on a steep slope does not lead to a fall!
It is hard to understand what this seemingly fashionable practice is all about; it is not as if this roof is covered in large amounts of moss. Clearly the recession is not biting too hard when people have done all they can to their house that they have to start adding jobs such as power washing the roof.
Hopefully if it does catch on these brave or foolhardy souls will consider buying or renting some proper equipment for working at height?
