UpRight sales in Sweden increase

The UpRight distributor for Sweden - Zip-Up Svenska - has sold more than 60 Upright TM12s to rental customers over the past few weeks. The 5.7 metre working height platforms have been bought by three existing customers that already have a total of 120 units and one new customer.
Rickard Holmlund of Zip-Up Svenska said: “Customers like the TM12 for its simplicity, performance and because it is a really robust and strong machine.”

Zip-Up Svenska is stepping up its sales to rental companies appointing a new sales rep - Mathias Wetterberg - who is working out of the company’s Gothenburg office.

“We chose to hire a new sales person at a time when our competitors are greatly reducing their numbers in Sweden,” said Holmlund. “We feel this puts us in a much stronger position as the market slowly recovers.”
