Rental/Hire show time

Two general rental shows are scheduled over the next 7 days one in the UK and one in the USA.

The first is the Executive Hire Show in the UK which runs today and tomorrow at the Ricoh Centre in Coventry England. While largely targeted at tool and compact equipment rental products, this year it will include a good number of new low level access product launches.

The Executive Hire Show 2009

These include some new products from Pop-Up products, a new self propelled Nano lift from Power Tower, a new non powered platform from Russon Access, the new Youngman BoSS X models, a push around scissor lift from Euro Towers, and the official UK launch of the IHImer spider lifts.

This will also be the first chance to see JCB’s smallest telehandler to date, the recently launched 515-40 Miniscopic.

On Monday next the Rental Show opens at the ARA in Orlando, Florida, expect to see more mainstream powered access exhibits, but possibly this year fewer new products than in Coventry? However it is the big aerial lift show for the biggest aerial lift market in the world so expect some surprises and expect to see some developments from Skyjack and Snorkel.
