Tadano Faun increase UK service coverage

The UK and Ireland distributor for Tadano Faun cranes, UK Cranes ltd, has announced that it has contracted Crowland cranes ltd of Crowland, Peterborough, to provide Tadano Faun customers with after sales support, including warranty cover.

The deal which became effective earlier this month, boosts UK cranes mobile service manpower “from a manager and two engineers to a manager and five engineers” said Joe Lyon, managing director of UK Cranes “ There is a shortage of good crane engineers and managers in the UK so this agreement provides us with significantly more experienced cover immediately” he continued.

The deal covers England and Wales, separate cover already exists for Scotland and Ireland. In future customers have a choice for their service and warranty calls, they can either continue to call Cranes UK or they can call Crowland cranes.
