Hanging on the rails
Sent in from where we do not know… a classic Death Wish example, perhaps you can identify the location?
We think it is the UK, but the photo sent in from a Cranes & Access reader (for Who trained him then?) from a gmail account with no commentary, so we really have no idea where this is. Clearly an English speaking country.

Working on the edge
The man is using a simple, possibly home-made, platform suspended over a basement area, with absolutely nothing to stop him inadvertently stepping off and falling the six or more metres to the paved area below.
