TNT raises $10.4 million

Houston, Texas based TNT Crane and Rigging has completed the sale of $10.44 million new shares to seven investors.

Principals named in the SEC filing include chief executive Michael Appling Jr, founder Troy Lambert, directors Robert Davies and James Read of MML Capital Partners and Frans Brinkmann of Scafom Finance BV.

TNT raised $35.67 million in 2007, $6.5 million in 2008 and $3 million in 2009 earlier this month it acquired Louisiana Crane's Texas based assets and merged with RTL.
