Further HSS/RentX depots sold

HSS/RentX has sold its five depots of its Northern California region to Cresco Equipment Rentals of Livermore, California.
The five locations all in the San Fransisco bay area, are Danville, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette and Oakland. Cresco plans to merge the Oakland branch into existing Cresco locations within 90 days.

Cresco now has a total of 18 locations around the San Francisco Bay area.

“When the region became available, we knew it was a good fit immediately. The former Scotty’s rental yards are very well known in the community and present yet another excellent growth opportunity for the Cresco family,” says Chris Smith, president of Cresco.

This brings the total number of depots sold to at least 12.
