Leggat adds Terex AC50-1
UK based rental company Leggat Plant has taken delivery of a new 50 tonne Terex AC50-1 All Terrain crane.
The Glasgow based business, which specialises in crane rental for the construction and industrial sectors, added the crane to satisfy growing demand. The AC50 takes its Terex crane fleet to 12 units – it has been a Demag/Terex customer since the early 1990’s.
The new crane has a 40 metre main boom which is extended to 57.6 metres when the bi-fold swingaway extension is installed.

“The AC50-1 is already a proven and consistent performer within our fleet. It also has the added advantage of being familiar to all our operators who are extremely loyal to the Terex brand.”
Terex regional sales manager, Brian Lang, added: “The 50-1 is a perfect fit with Leggat’s current needs. It delivers the confidence and reassurance every crane operator must have in the capability and dependability of their fleet.”
