We understand that the business has been transferred to a new company and continues to trade as K-Lift Crane Hire, although we do not have 100 percent confirmation of this yet, or who owns the new business, who manages it and whether any creditors were involuntarily left out of pocket?
With Voluntary liquidations creditors are usually paid off or agree to an alternative. We will update this item when further information is available.
UPDATE
Monday January 16th
K-Lift has written to customers stating that it "went through a business re-structuring during the festive period," and saying that the new company is SRF Processors (UK) Ltd.
A quick check reveals that the directors of the new business are the same as for K-Lift and that SRF was established as a storage and warehouse business in 2002 and had until now been dormant.
