The flying Falcon

Yuna Corporation, TCA Lift’s Korean dealer, has delivered a 29 metre Falcon FS290 spider lift to Samsung’s engineering headquarters in Seoul, Korea where it was put straight to work.

Upon delivery the FS290 was lifted straight into the Samsung Global Engineering Centre – which will be the new headquarters for over 7,600 Samsung employees. The new spider lift includes a 200 degree bi-fold articulating jib, removable platform, two wheel chassis drive and non-marking tyres. It will assist with the cleaning and general maintenance of the building.

The manager of Yuna, In Seung Lee, said: “Everyone held their breath while the Falcon was lifted onto the eighth floor. It was amazing to see a machine close to four tonnes flying through the air, but we succeeded without any difficulties.”
