Before joining Harsco he worked for New World Pasta Company and before that Hershey Foods.

A. Verona Dorch will succeed Kimmel as general counsel and company secretary. She joined Harsco in 2006 and has served in increasingly responsible positions within the company’s legal department, most recently as deputy general counsel. Before joining Harsco she worked with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Sumitomo Chemical.

This ensures a seamless continuity in both areas that will be critical to maintaining and ultimately accelerating our momentum.”
