New president for Harsco Infrastructure
Harsco has appointed Mark E. Kimmel as president of the Harsco Infrastructure, succeeding Ivor Harrington, who has resigned to take up the position of president of KBR (Kellogg Brown & Root) Services group.

Mark E. Kimmel
Kimmel joined Harsco in 2002 as general counsel and company secretary and has been heavily involved in the Infrastructure and Metals & Minerals business group restructurings, both of which are now being completed. Before joining Harsco he worked for New World Pasta Company and before that Hershey Foods.
A. Verona Dorch will succeed Kimmel as general counsel and company secretary. She joined Harsco in 2006 and has served in increasingly responsible positions within the company’s legal department, most recently as deputy general counsel. Before joining Harsco she worked with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Sumitomo Chemical.
