84 metre Ruthmann for UK

The Lavendon group has permanently transferred an 84 metre Ruthmann truck mounted lift from its Gardemann business in Germany, to Nationwide Platforms in the UK.

The company said that the transfer has taken place to cope with the increasing demand in the UK for larger units. It is also part of a wider strategy to expand its fleer of larger truck mounts which will include the arrival of a new 70 metre Bronto in the coming weeks.

The Ruthmann has already arrived and is currently based at Nationwide’s Manchester depot where it has already been put to use on a range of facilities management and utilities projects including stadium management and power line maintenance.
