Manitou 280TJ for Wemo-tec

German based lifting specialist Wemo-tec has taken delivery of one of the first 86ft Manitou 280TJ boom lifts.

Wemo-tec taking delivery of the Manitou 280TJ launched at APEX last year

The 280TJ was purchased from one of Manitou’s German dealers Domnick + Müller following a hands-on evaluation, during which Wemo-tec was particularly impressed with the machine’s performance. The 280TJ offers a 28 metre working height and 21.4 metre outreach with a short single stage riser, three section telescopic boom and two section telescopic articulated jib. The four wheel drive, crab steer machine weighs 16.5 tonnes and has a maximum platform capacity of 250kg.
