New Sany crane dealer in Southern Illinois

G.W. Van Keppel has been named Sany America crane dealer for Arkansas and Southern Illinois.

“Sany cranes are a natural addition to our construction equipment division,” said William S. Walker, president of G.W. Van Keppel. “We have a long history selling and supporting cranes, so we’re very enthused to be partnering Sany America and Sany brand cranes.”

Founded by Gerald W. Van Keppel in 1926, the G.W. Van Keppel Company has 15 locations in five states. The company provides equipment sales, parts and service, rentals and safety equipment. In addition to construction equipment, Van Keppel also offers aggregate crushing and screening equipment, material handling machines such as forklifts, and quarry supplies. Van Keppel has its headquarters in Kanas City, Kansas and last year was named a Sany America excavator dealer for central and western Arkansas.

Van Keppel is known for its customer care and expertise in earthmoving, road-building, quarrying, scrap processing and forestry,” said Kyle Nape, vice president of global sales and marketing at Sany America. “We’re confident this partnership will help serve customers with a range of hoisting products and solutions.”

SANY America has a range of five crawler crane models from 110 to 550 tons (100 to 500 tonnes) and four rough terrain cranes from 40 to 85 tons (36 to 77 tonnes).
