Sarens Nass takes 400th Liebherr
Middle East heavy lifting and haulage company Sarens Nass has taken delivery of the 400th Liebherr LTM 1500-8.1 All Terrain crane.
The 500 tonner was first unveiled at Bauma in 1998 and by 2008 the company had delivered the 200th machine. In the last five years Liebherr has sold and delivered a further 200 units with the delivery of the 400th marking the 10th anniversary of Saren Nass.
Liebherr said the main reasons behind the success of the LTM 1500-8.1 are “its high capacities and easy mobility both on roads and construction sites. It can travel complete with outriggers and a four section, 50 metre boom in place, while meeting the 12 tonne axle loadings at speeds of up to 80kph.”
