VP first half on target

VP (previously Vibroplant)the owner of Telehandler rental company UK Forks, and general rental Company, Hire Station, has said that its first half results for the period to September 30th, are satisfactory and in line with expectations.

Its Hire Station division is, it says, recovering well and
trading profitably. Compared to last year when it was the only negative aspect of the business. The integration of the Pivotal Services safety products and training business, acquired in July 2005, is also said to be progressing as planned.

UK Forks, the specialist telehandler rental company that operates the second largest fleet in the UK, has continued to trade well and has made progress in securing preferred supplier arrangements.



Full year Outlook

“Overall, the Group is pleased with the performance for the first six months and looks forward to a satisfactory outcome to deliver another year of growth in line with management expectations.” Said CEO Jeremy Pilkington
