David Buehlow 1936-2013

Skyjack parent Linamar has announced the death of David Buehlow, a director of the company since 1998, chairman of the audit committee and a member of the human resources and corporate governance committee.

He died peacefully on Sunday, December 22, at the age of 77.

"David was always an enthusiastic member of our board and strong lead to our audit committee. He was a person I admired greatly and will be sorely missed," said Linamar chief executive, Linda Hasenfratz.

The company has initiated a search for a new director.
