The LTM1030-2.1 was launched at Intermat back in 1997 as the LTM1030/2, The new model built on the 20 years of experience and development of the company’s two axle LTM1025, which, along with PH WS250, took the All Terrain concept from an unreliable niche product into the mainstream market.
The LTM 1030-2.1, was also the world’s first mobile crane with data bus transmission technology. This innovative development significantly increased the dependability and cost-effectiveness of mobile cranes. The in cab display units, arranged in a semi-circle, with membrane type control board was also ahead of its time.
Current annual production of the LTM 1030-2.1 is around 300 units The 1,500th was delivered in September to Foselev’s depot in La Seyne sur Mer and is one of an order for six.
