New sales manager for HATZ GB

Hatz GB, the UK subsidiary of the diesel engine manufacturer, has appointed Steve Hewson as sales manager for the Hatz power products division.

Hewson has a long experience in the small engine market, and was responsible for introducing the Robin/Subaru range of engines into the UK through his company Redbreast. For the past four years he has worked with Endress generators through his company SGEN.

His initial role with Hatz will be to develop increased business whilst seeking out new opportunities in alternative market sectors. He will also continue to promote the existing Hatz product range to current and new customers in both the UK and Ireland.

Hatz GB managing director Joe Wilmer said: “I am delighted to have secured the services of Steve, his knowledge and reputation in the power products sector will prove to be a great asset as we drive forward with our plans to introduce new products to the market place.”
