New appointments at JLG Europe

JLG has appointed Jean-François Sourdoire as after-market director with responsibility for all Ground Support activities and Richard Puglia as business development and marketing director.

Prior to joining JLG, Sourdoire worked with Navistar-Caterpillar with responsibility for its global parts business, he has also worked with Komatsu and John Deere in business development and marketing roles. He will be based at JLG’s manufacturing facility in Maasmechelen, Belgium.

Jean-François Sourdoire

Puglia has worked with JLG before, having worked as managing director of JLG Ibérica for more than 10 years. In March 2011, he moved to sister company Jerr-Dann as international sales manager for Europe, Asia and Africa. In June 2013, he relocated to the Netherlands where he joined Riwal as the manager of its international rental program. He will be based at JLG’s European headquarters in The Netherlands.

Richard Puglia

JLG’s European region general manager Karel Huijser said: “Jean-François and Richard increase the strength and cohesiveness of our Europe, Africa and Middle East region team so we can expand our commitment to customers to bring them the highest levels of attention, efficiency and satisfaction.”
