Palfinger expands service network

Palfinger Platforms has increased its aerial platforms service and support network in Germany and Austria with the addition of four mobile service engineers and plans to expand several of its service depots.

The addition of the new mobile service engineers, which takes the total number of engineers in Germany and Austria to 20, and provides maintenance, inspection and repairs to Palfinger aerial work platforms in the regions of Saarbrücken, Bayreuth, Berlin and Graz.

Working in conjunction with its crane service partner CTM, Palfinger plans to build a new shared service depot in Berlin. It is also looking to expand its Ainring depot, on the Bavarian Austrian border, with two additional workshop bays.

The company said it will also expand other locations without the year and that it is currently recruiting more mobile service engineers.
