Singapore conference

Former IPAF president John Ball will be the lead speaker at the 2014 IPAF Asia conference in Singapore next month.

The conference, which will take place at the Suntec Convention Centre in Singapore on the 9th of May, is an official Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MoM) satellite event and will be held in conjunction with the OS+H Asia exhibition and the WSH Conference.

Ball recently sold his stake in Irish rental company Easi UpLifts after almost 30 years with the business, mostly as managing director. He recently launched a new venture, Velocity Rental Solutions, to help and support rental companies, entrepreneurs, and manufacturers interested in ‘expanding and moving outside their area of expertise’. He stood down as a director of IPAF at last week’s Annual General Meeting.
