A Death Wish example sent in by one of readers shows a callous disregard for safe work at height
We have no idea when or where this was taken, but it is not an example of a one off last minute method for working at height. The use of an excavator bucket to lift people can be seen all too regularly around Europe.

Using an excavator for working at height is still all too common in the developed world
Given the machine in this case and the angle it is working, not to mention the type of work involved and this is probably slightly worse the norm, and definitely makes it into our Death Wish series. Finally not only is this unsafe, but it is not exactly efficient either.
