Director change at SAS

John Corrie, managing director of UK rental company Safe Access Solutions (SAS), has decided to step down as a director of the company. He has taken the move in order to clearly distance his personal financial affairs - which include personal bankruptcy - from those of the company, following new developments relating to a historical issue.

He has confirmed that the move has no other significance and does not change his managerial position within the company.

It's so funny to see people with nothing better to do than to make comments without all or any of the facts. Gotta love the Brits more interested in what everyone else is doing instead of the person that matters. Themselves. Get a life !!

You know what...... I've said it before, and I'll say it here again.........

SAS is NOTHING without Mr Tim Kendall

so all of this is meaningless

Grumpy
Personal bankruptcy does not usually affect shareholding and ownership. It prevents a person from serving in the role of director. So those in this position are rarely affected in that they have substitution (usually the wife) but in this case they are not short of directors. There is nothing to say things will be run differently but a bankrupted director's personal guarantees will now be totally worthless so if any have been given there might be a little discomfort on the lenders part.

No personal grievances from me, only annoyance at the way my staff were given false promises when chasing for the money owed to us.

Some of us have much better relationships with SAS than harry who is wrong to use this page for personal grievances. Many companies pay slower than they would like but these are not so bad compared to many.

A lot of plant and access companies pay each other and suppliers very slowly. No difference here. 2 of the top 3 access companies take far longer than anyone else. Everyone knows who they are.

Ras. Whether it is right or wrong, it really is that simple. In fact it is only as difficult as people make it.

If indeed this company is slow paying as some of the comments have suggested it is probably in peoples interests to make it as simple as possible for them!

Does this now mean, that all re-hire suppliers will now get paid on time? I doubt it very much.
