New VP for Maxim

Maxim Crane Works has promoted John Werner to vice president of sales for the Northeast region.

Werner has worked for Maxim since 2002, working his way up through the business in order to learn the business from the ground up. He joined the company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and quickly moved up the organisation to become operations manager in Baltimore, Maryland, a post he held for six years. Three years ago, he took over the sales manager’s role for the entire Northeast region having achieved six years of growth in Baltimore. The new position follows three years of increasingly positive results.

President of sales Frank Bardonaro said: "John continues to demonstrate outstanding leadership ability with his team oriented approach at every level of the organization. His ability to elevate the performance of those around him as well as demonstrating a strong customer focused approach has enabled Maxim to thrive wherever John is focused."
