Unic to market loader cranes in Europe

Unic Cranes Europe is planning to market the Unic telescopic loader crane range in Europe later this year.
The company is exhibiting a V500 series model with 17.3 metre six section boom at this week’s Intermat exhibition in Paris. Yasuhiko Katsu, vice president and Steve Furukawa, export marketing manager of Furukawa Unic corporation, were on hand at the stand to discuss details with potential customers.

Unic produce a range that starts with compact one and two tonne/metre models that can stow sideways on a standard 3.5 tonne truck, running up to 26 tonne/metre models with up to 25 metres of lift height.

Unic cranes Europe will use the V500 from Intermat to obtain CE conformity, while it completes a market survey in order to establish which models to import.
