New director for Ashtead
Ashtead, owner of Sunbelt in the USA and A-Plant in the UK has appointed Lucinda Riches as a non- executive director.
A former investment banker, she takes up her post from the start of June, she is also an non-executive director of CRH, Diverse Income Trust and ICG Enterprise Trust, an advisor to the board of The British Standards Institution and a trustee of the Sue Ryder charity.
Educated in both the UK and the USA, she began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank, and was with UBS until 2007 most recently as managing director, global head of equity capital markets and a member of the board.
