Boyd Hamilton calls it a day

Boyd Hamilton the plant hire manager of NRC, the UK distributor for Hitachi-Sumitomo cranes, is retiring today after 20 years with the company.

Boyd Hamilton retires after 20 years with NRC

Hamilton has spent the majority of his 50 year career working with crawler cranes, although he has also tried his hand at general rental and earthmoving before joining NRC in 1986.

Rod Abbot, MD of NRC, acknowledged that Hamilton’s vast crawler crane experience will be sorely missed at the company.
