Raimondi cranes for Dublin

Irish Cranes & Lifting has taken six new Raimondi tower cranes for a major project in Dublin’s Docklands business district.

The six cranes will be supplied to contractor John Sisk & Son for the 66,000 square Capital Dock development, by real estate investment firm Kennedy Wilson. The cranes will include four MRT213s, one MR210, and one MRT152, all free standing to 91 metres. All six will be equipped with anti-collision and zoning systems and will remain in place for 70 to 90 weeks.

The development covers 4.8 acres


The project includes 29,900 square metres of office space in three blocks and 21,052 square metres of mixed use residential and retail space on a 4.8 acre site. Irish Cranes is the Raimondi Cranes agent for Ireland and has already erected five of the cranes and started on the sixth.

Five of the six cranes have been erected


Raimondi Cranes has been owned by Dubai based KBW Investments since 2014 and launched is expansion plans at Bauma, with new product launches and new distributor appointments.
