New customer service Director for Manitowoc

Theodore (Ted) Thomas has joined Manitowoc Crane Care as customer service director for Manitowoc cranes in the Americas. Thomas will report to Scott Alexander, vice president of Crane Care Americas.
He will be responsible for directing all customer support activities for the Manitowoc product line, based at the Crane Care call center in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
