Facelift launch safety shops
Facelift has opened the first in what it hopes will be a series of ‘safety shops’ starting at locations within its Hickstead and Southampton depots.
The shops are part of the company’s aim of becoming ‘a complete working at height company’. They will stock a wide range of safety equipment ranging from boots to harnesses to ladders and towers, complementing, the company says, its hire, training and equipment sales.
It is also guaranteeing its customers extremely competitive prices.
Facelift says that the shops inventory and interiors have been carefully chosen to ensure that people who visit have a very different experience from normal retail outfits, with enhanced staff knowledge and expertise, so customers are sure they go away with the right piece of safety equipment.

Managing director Gordon Leicester said “This was facelifts next step into providing customers with a complete service. The shops are our response to customer demand, so they have everything at their fingertips. It will be a major new investment for us, and a completely new idea, but we are quietly confident”
