New GM for Instant UpRight

Irish mobile scaffold tower manufacturer Instant UpRight has promoted Joe Oxley to general manager. He will replace Cathal O’Neill who is leaving the company at the end of February.

Joe Oxley joined Instant UpRight in March 2007 as district manager Ireland, he had previously worked with in a operations and business development role at DunCarraig Spring Water. In 2009 he was promoted to district manager for the Middle East and North Africa, a job he held until March 2015 when he was promoted to head of sales worldwide.

In his new job he will report to owner Rick Stowe who said: “Joe will bring a wealth of product and customer knowledge to his new role. I would like to take this opportunity to wish Joe all the best in his new role.”

O’Neill joined Instant UpRight in 2013 as finance director, and was promoted to general manager in May 2015.
