A statement from the company said: “The management restructuring will ensure a 'business as usual' approach for the firm with Mark Rafferty steering day to day operations, whilst Jim Rafferty will take more of a back seat but continue his involvement with major decision making for Bernard Hunter Mobile Cranes, in addition to his involvement with metal recycling and property development for Bernard Hunter. The former connection with metals stretches back to the company’s founding in 1946 at Seafield, Edinburgh.”
Bernard Hunter Mobile Cranes runs a fleet of 18 mobile cranes, with capacities up to 500 tonnes and also includes three mobile tower cranes.
