Mauro Masetti joins Raimondi

Raimondi Cranes has appointed Mauro Masetti as commercial director, as part of the company’s geographic expansion strategy.

Based in Italy, Masetti’s will lead Raimondi’s commercial division, and be responsible for managing sales growth in current and new markets, building on the recent moves into North America, the Middle East and Australia.

Masetti joins the company from tower crane specialist MPS, but began his career in 1999 as a service manager at environmental testing equipment maker Weiss Technik, before joining Terex in 2001 as a customer care manager. In 2006 he was promoted to a regional export sales manager, taking over responsibility for used crane sales in 2011. Later that year he joined MPS where he spent almost six years as a consultant to the company.

Mauro, with his deep roots in the tower crane community and the right drive to expand an already highly-developed portfolio, was the perfect fit to head the commercial team.”
