Manitowoc Crane Care boosts Asian team

Manitowoc Crane Care Asia has appointed Jerome Carre as Potain customer service manager and Jenny Chong joins the company as Potain customer service specialist.

Carre will report directly to Marco Zucchet, director of sales and customer service for tower cranes in Asia. Chong will join the broader Crane Care team, which Carre will lead.

Jerome Carre


Carre was previously general manager for the Singapore office of AGS, the tower crane anti-collision and safety systems manufacturer, where he has worked for six and half years. Prior to that he was senior after sales engineer at the MacGregor division of Cargotec. In his new role, he will oversee sales, training and other customer service operations for Manitowoc Crane Care, working closely with the company’s dealer network in the region.

Jenny Chong


Zucchet said: “The appointment of Jerome and Jenny strengthens our Crane Care programme significantly in this region and will help our Potain tower crane customers get even better levels of return on investment with their machines.
