Agarwal moves up at Mtandt
Indian distribution and rental company Mtandt has appointed Pradeep Agarwal as group managing director effective today He replaces Rakesh Modi who becomes non-executive chairman, succeeding his father, the late Shri Rajkumar Modi who started the company in 1974.
Agarwal joined Mtandt in 2010 and was promoted to chief executive of Mtandt rentals in 2015, when Modi became group managing director. He joined Mtandt from Onicra Credit Rating Agency where he was chief financial officer for two years, having previously helped establish the women’s fashion brand ‘W’ at TCNS clothing where he head of finance for four and a half years..
He started out with Ernst and Young, before moving to Harris Communications in 1998 where he was head of finance and operations, moving to ‘W’ in 2002.

Mtandt sells, rents and services a wide range of aerial lifts, scaffold towers and telehandlers from manufacturers such as Dingli, Bravi, Ommelift, Snorkel, Magni, Oil & Steel, XCMG, Xtreme, Time manufacturing, Matilsa, Electroelsa, CMC and Teupen, along with PM and Unic loader cranes.
