New Skyjack communications manager
Skyjack has appointed Chantal Theoret as global marketing communications manager.
Theoret joins Skyjack from energy management company Just Energy, where she has been brand manager for the solar division for the past 12 months. Prior to that she carried out a similar role in the sustainability division.
Theoret began her career in 1994 as a volunteer with the PR agency Strategic Objectives and worked her way up through the company, up to a senior consultant role. Four years later she was appointed as national corporate communications manager at Hudson's Bay Company. In 2000 she joined Thornley Fallis Communications as an account manager, moving to GCI Canada a year later as a director of the consumer group.
From 2006 Theoret worked as an independent PR consultant and marketing communications specialist for a number of clients, joining Canadian retailer Laura in 2010 as national communications manager, joining Just Energy two years later.
